- For physical share holders: Company will issue duplicate share certificates for transfer; original certificates will automatically stand cancelled
- For demat share holders: Company will transfer shares directly to IEPF Authority demat account through depository participants
Consequences of Transfer
Once shares and/or unpaid/unclaimed dividend are transferred to IEPF Authority/IEPF Fund:
- All corporate benefits accruing on such shares will be credited to IEPF Authority
- Voting rights on such shares will remain frozen
- No claim in respect of such shares and/or unpaid/unclaimed dividends shall lie with the Company
