Hikal Authorizes KMP for Materiality Determination

The Board of Directors has authorized three Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges
Mr. Sameer Hiremath (Chairman and Managing Director) is authorized for determination of materiality of events or information and making disclosures to stock exchanges
Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) is authorized for disclosure of material events or information to stock exchanges
Mr. Kuldeep Jain (Chief Financial Officer) is authorized for disclosure of material events or information to stock exchanges
