Himalaya Food International Ltd appointed M/s Kumar Rupak & Associates as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of previous auditors.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 7, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval.
The new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and have no association with any company directors.
