Himalaya Food International Ltd's Board accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. Garg Bros & Associates, effective April 7, 2026.
The resignation was formally intimated to the BSE as a mandatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30).
The disclosure was signed by Company Secretary Megha Saini from the company's registered office in New Delhi.
