Hindustan Housing Co. board approved re-appointment of M.M. Nissim & Co LLP as statutory auditors for a second 5-year term.
Re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming 90th Annual General Meeting.
The audit committee recommended the reappointment, and the board meeting was held on 21st May 2026.
