The bench, Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice K. Vinod Chandran, ordered appointment of sole arbitrator Vishal Kanade to resolve the disputes.
Arbitrator must issue declaration under Section 12 of Arbitration Act within 15 days and is entitled to fees per Fourth Schedule.
