KMP / Board Changes
The Board of Directors, via circular resolution passed on 04th June, 2026, has appointed Mrs. Prerana Jadhav, Peer Review Practicing Company Secretary (Peer Review No. 2751/2022), to replace the previously appointed firm.
Reason for Change
The Company received a communication from the originally appointed M/s. Robert Pavrey & Associates LLP (UIN: L2024MH016100) expressing their unavailability during this period to conduct the assignment due to exigencies.
Scope of Appointment
Mrs. Prerana Jadhav will carry out:
- Due diligence in accordance with Regulation 10(2) and 10(3) of SEBI Delisting Regulations
- Audit as per Regulation 76 of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018
- Other requirements under Regulation 12(2) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations and applicable provisions
Purpose of Change
The change was made to ensure uninterrupted progress of the delisting process and compliance with statutory timelines.
