Honda India Power Products Approves Director Remuneration

Honda India Power Products disclosed voting results for two ordinary resolutions on director remuneration via postal ballot.
Shareholders approved remuneration for Mr. Shigeki Iwama (CMD) with 99.84% votes in favor and Mr. Vinay Mittal (WTD) with 99.97% approval.
The scrutinizer confirmed both resolutions passed with requisite majority after e-voting from April 1-30, 2026.
