The Himachal Pradesh High Court dismissed Civil Writ Petition No. 5849 of 2023 filed by Roshan Lal against Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) seeking release of pension arrears, revised commutation, leave encashment and DCRG with interest at 9% per annum. The Court observed that the issues had already been adjudicated in CWP No. 2108 of 2023 (31 May 2023) and CWP No. 6611 of 2023 (19 September 2023) and directed the respondents/competent authority to consider the petitioner’s prayers and grant reliefs similar to those earlier judgments within eight weeks from the order date.
