NCLT Chennai disposes application to take on record the 4th Progress Report for Hyflux Engineering India's liquidation.
The report covers the quarter ended 31 March 2026 and was filed by the liquidator in the ongoing insolvency process.
The tribunal accepted the report on record, subject to all just exceptions, during a hearing held via video conference.
