ICICI Prudential Life Discloses SEBI Demat Special Window

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance disclosed SEBI's special 1-year window (till February 04, 2027) for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities.
The window covers physical securities sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019, including previously rejected or unattended transfer requests.
Transferred securities must be credited in demat form only and are subject to a 1-year lock-in; RTA is KFin Technologies Limited, Hyderabad.
