ICRA Analytics Receives ₹19.17 Cr Tax Demand

ICRA's material subsidiary ICRA Analytics received a rectification order from the Income Tax Department for FY 2024-25.
An outstanding tax demand of ₹19.17 crore has been raised against the subsidiary.
The subsidiary will file an appeal and seek a stay of demand against the order.
The parent company ICRA Limited disclosed this as a material event under SEBI Listing Regulations.
