IEX Does Not Qualify As Large Corporate

Indian Energy Exchange disclosed it does not meet SEBI's 'Large Corporate' criteria for FY25-26.
The company is therefore exempt from submitting the mandatory annual disclosure for the financial year.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Operational Circular dated October 19, 2023.
