Campaign Context

The communication is part of the "Saksham Niveshak" – Second 100 Days Campaign running from April 1, 2026 to July 9, 2026, aimed at creating awareness among shareholders regarding updating PAN, KYC, and nomination details to prevent transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Shareholder Requirements

Physical shareholders are required to submit the following documents to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), Cameo Corporate Services Limited:

  • Form ISR-1 for registering PAN and KYC Details
  • Form ISR-2 for Confirmation of Signature by Banker
  • Form SH-13 for Nomination OR Form ISR-3 for opting out of Nomination

Current Status of Shareholder Records

The company's records indicate incomplete information in physical shareholder folios including:

  • Missing PAN details for sole/first holder, second holder, and third holder
  • Incomplete postal address without 6-digit PIN code
  • Incomplete bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code)
  • Missing specimen signature confirmation
  • Incomplete nomination details

Dividend Payment Policy

As per SEBI Master Circular dated May 07, 2024:

  • Dividend shall be paid only through electronic mode with effect from April 1, 2024
  • This applies to physical shares for which PAN and complete KYC details are furnished

Service Restrictions

The RTA will not process any service requests or complaints from physical shareholders until PAN and KYC documents are received.

Nomination Flexibility

As per SEBI Circular dated June 10, 2024, physical shareholders remain eligible to receive dividend, lodge grievances, or avail any service request from the RTA even if they choose not to submit nomination details.
