Board Meeting Outcomes

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, June 26, 2026 to consider and approve the following:

• Revised Audited Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year 2018-19 in terms of Section 131 of the Companies Act, 2013
• Revised Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2018-19

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Internal Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after declaration of the Revised Audited Standalone Financial Results.
