India Glycols Limited's Unsecured Creditors unanimously approved a Scheme of Arrangement to demerge into Ennature Bio Pharma Limited and IGL Spirits Limited on 24th March 2026.
36 out of 575 eligible unsecured creditors voted, representing ₹64,266.50 Lakh (57.38% of total outstanding dues of ₹1,12,010.63 Lakh), with 100% votes in favour.
The scheme was approved under Sections 230–232 of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to NCLT Allahabad Bench orders dated 15th January and 16th February 2026.
The resolution was passed with requisite majority exceeding the threshold of majority in number representing three-fourths in value, as confirmed by court-appointed scrutinizer CA Sumit Agrawal.
