India Glycols NCLT Hearing Adjourned to Later Date

India Glycols provides an update on its NCLT hearing for a demerger scheme involving Ennature Biopharma and IGL Spirits.
The hearing scheduled for 21st May 2026 was adjourned due to paucity of time and not taken up.
The next date for the hearing before the NCLT Allahabad Bench is yet to be notified by the tribunal.
