India Infraspace Limited has appointed Ms. Arti Ram Gopal Khetan as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, effective June 27, 2025.
The appointment is made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and was disclosed to the BSE.
Ms. Khetan is a qualified company secretary with experience in corporate, secretarial, and regulatory compliance.
