Indian Overseas Bank seeks to withdraw its Section 7 insolvency petition against T.K. Engineering Consortium.
The withdrawal petition will be formally filed within one week from the hearing.
The NCLT Guwahati Bench has listed the matter for further consideration on 13 May 2026.
