IndiGo Receives GST Order, Penalty ₹42.92 Cr

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) received a GST order from Additional Commissioner, CGST Gurugram Commissionerate on March 25, 2026.
The order imposes demand, interest, and penalty of ₹42,92,24,671 on services allegedly not received or paid by the Company for FY 2019-20 to FY 2024-25.
IndiGo disputes the order as erroneous and not in accordance with law, and will contest it through appropriate legal remedies.
The Company states no significant financial, operational, or other impact is expected from this order.
