Mandates closure of manufacturing operations at the Company's plant located at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Salvi, Dist. Vadodara – 392 530, Gujarat
Closure effective 15 days from date of issuance of the letter (approximately August 5, 2026)
Reason for Closure Direction
Based on inspection conducted by GPCB on July 13, 2026
Certain non-compliances of Water Act, Air Act and Consolidated Consents and Authorization (CCA) conditions were observed
Financial and Operational Impact
The closure of operation will be effective from 15th day of issuance of the closure direction letter
Company states there is no impact on financial, operational or other activities of the Company as on date
Manufacturing activities at all other manufacturing units of the Company will remain operational
Company Response and Actions
Company is taking appropriate corrective measures to address the observations made by GPCB
In process of submitting requisite response to obtain revocation of the closure directions
Company will update stock exchanges of material development, if any, in the future
