Inter-Corporate Loan Repayment: The Company has fully repaid the entire outstanding loan amount, together with all applicable interest, availed from Yash Technologies Private Limited. The repayment discharges all obligations under the loan agreements referenced in prior disclosures dated 28th January, 2026 and 02nd February, 2026. As of 5th June, 2026, the outstanding loan balance stands at Nil.
