Regulatory Compliance Update

Indoco Remedies Limited has issued a compliance reminder to shareholders holding shares in physical mode pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6, 2026, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mandatory Requirements

Physical shareholders must furnish/update the following mandatory details with the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited):

  • PAN (Permanent Account Number)
  • Mobile number
  • Specimen signature
  • Bank account details

Optional details include Email ID and Choice of Nomination.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Shareholders who fail to update these details will face the following restrictions:

1. Eligible to lodge grievances or avail any service requests only after furnishing complete documents/details

2. Effective April 1, 2024, eligible for any payments (dividend, interest, redemption) only through electronic mode upon furnishing all required details

Dividend Payment Method

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025, all dividends must be paid compulsorily through electronic mode only.

Dematerialization Advisory
