IndusInd Bank initiated corporate insolvency proceedings against BBR Green Fields Pvt Ltd under Section 7 of IBC, 2016.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench issued notice to respondents and adjourned the matter to June 15, 2026.
The hearing was conducted in hybrid mode with judicial and technical members presiding over the case.
