IndusInd Bank filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against Pegasus Farmaco India Pvt Ltd.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench heard the petition and recorded appearances from both parties.
Counsel for Pegasus Farmaco requested time to file a counter, which was granted with a three-week deadline.
The matter was adjourned to 09 June 2026 for further proceedings after the filing of pleadings.
