The company claims exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, which states that Corporate Governance regulations do not apply to listed entities with paid-up equity share capital not exceeding ₹10 crore and net worth not exceeding ₹25 crore as of the last day of the previous financial year.

- Net Worth: ₹20.0891 crore
Based on these figures, the company qualifies for the exemption and is therefore not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY2025-26.
