Inlays India NCLAT Appeal Re-filing Delay Condoned

NCLAT condoned a 27-day delay by Inlays India Pvt. Ltd. in re-filing an appeal memo originally e-filed on 31 March 2026.
The appeal was initially scrutinized and defects were intimated by the NCLAT office on 08 April 2026.
The appellant re-filed the corrected appeal on 12 May 2026, and the Registrar found sufficient cause for the delay.
The case is now listed for admission hearing before the Hon'ble Bench as a fresh case.
