This action is in compliance with the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement (LODR) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2024, dated 12th December, 2024, which substituted the requirement for "Hard copy of statement containing the salient features of all the documents" with "A letter providing the web-link, including the exact path, where complete details of Annual Report is available".
