Innovision Ltd Receives GST Demand ₹20.98 Cr

Innovision Limited received a GST demand-cum-penalty order of ₹20,98,11,480 from the Additional Commissioner, CBIC, Dehradun.
The order under Section 74 of CGST/UKGST Act covers FY 2019–20 and FY 2023–24 GSTR return disputes.
The company intends to challenge the order and believes the demand will have no material financial impact.
