The Supreme Court granted a three-week extension for IFFCO Tokio General Insurance to file a counter affidavit in a special leave petition filed by INOX World Industries.
The case, an appeal from the Delhi High Court's arbitration ruling, was listed for hearing on 30th April 2026.
The proceedings were heard by a bench comprising Justices J.K. Maheshwari and Atul S. Chandurkar.
