Petitioner offered to submit a fresh Power of Attorney containing the required signature, along with minutes of the board meeting authorising receipt of the vehicle.

The revisional application (CRR 285 of 2026) is disposed of.
The petitioner is permitted to re‑apply before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipurduar, with a new, signed Power of Attorney and supporting board‑meeting minutes.
The magistrate shall consider the fresh application in accordance with law.
