Interarch Building Solutions Internal Auditor Correction

Interarch Building Solutions issued a corrigendum to correct the name of its re-appointed internal auditor from BDO India LLP to BDO India Services Private Limited.
The board approved the re-appointment of BDO India Services Private Limited as internal auditors for FY 2026-27 based on the audit committee's recommendation.
All other contents of the original board meeting outcome dated 13th May 2026 remain unchanged despite this correction.
