KYC Update Compliance Initiative
- The company dispatched reminder letters on 19th September 2026 to shareholders holding shares in physical mode, requiring them to update their KYC details.
- This action is pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No.HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated 6th February 2026 and Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/81 dated 10th June 2024.
- Shareholders must update: PAN, Contact Details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number), Bank Account Details (Bank and Branch name, bank account number, IFS code), and Specimen signature.
- Shareholders with incomplete KYC will only be eligible to lodge grievances or avail services after furnishing these details.
- All payments including dividend, interest or redemption will be made only through electronic mode as per SEBI requirements.
- Shareholders must submit Form ISR-1 for PAN and KYC updates, and Form ISR-2 for banker's attestation of signature.
- Shareholders are advised to link PAN with Aadhaar where applicable under the Income-tax Act.
- Shareholders are requested to provide/update 'choice of nomination' using Form SH-13, or Form ISR-3 for opting out of nomination.
- For cancellation or change of nomination, shareholders must submit Form SH-14.
- Documents can be submitted to RTA M/s Alankit Assignments Limited through: In-person verification, Post (hard copies self-attested), or Electronic mode with e-signature.
- The company advises physical shareholders to convert shares to dematerialized form as transfers of listed securities are only allowed in demat form post 1st April 2019.
