Ircon International Limited's Board commented on fines levied by NSE and BSE for Q3 FY26 non-compliance with board composition regulations.
The Board deemed the fines unreasonable as director appointments are solely made by the Government of India, Ministry of Railways.
The Board approved designating Shri Rajesh Naik, Director (Projects), as a Key Managerial Personnel effective from 13th February 2026.
Shri Naik's appointment as KMP is valid until his superannuation on 31st May 2030 or until further orders, per Ministry of Railways directive.
