NCLAT Chennai hears appeals from IREDA and IFCI regarding priority in distribution of funds from a fully implemented resolution plan.
The tribunal directs both parties to submit pointed notes on the distribution issue by August 22, 2026.
The matter is scheduled for further hearing on September 7, 2026 to address the distribution priority dispute.
