IREDA Withdraws INR 7.99 Crore Claim Against Gensol

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) sought NCLT permission to withdraw its INR 7.99 crore financial claim against Gensol Engineering Ltd.
The application was filed under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and Rule 11 of NCLT Rules.
The NCLT Ahmedabad bench allowed the withdrawal of the claim without prejudice to IREDA's rights and remedies.
The order was passed on 15 May 2026 in the ongoing corporate insolvency resolution process for Gensol Engineering.
