ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd received a GST order imposing a total demand of ₹37.74 lakh for alleged excess input tax credit availed in FY 2022-23.
The order includes a tax demand of ₹20.71 lakh, penalty of ₹2.20 lakh, and interest of ₹14.84 lakh, received on May 15, 2026.
The company disclosed this regulatory action pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and stated it will file an appeal against the order.
