IST Limited Postal Ballot Results: Two Remuneration Resolutions Passed

IST Limited submitted postal ballot e-voting results to BSE under Regulations 30 and 44 of SEBI LODR, 2015 on March 24, 2026.
Both ordinary resolutions approving remuneration increases for Mrs. Shweta Gupta and Mrs. Priyankka Guptaa at subsidiary Gurgaon Infospace Limited were passed with 99.48% votes in favour.
Promoter e-votes totalling 8,155,104 from 5 members were declared invalid and excluded from vote counting for both resolutions.
Total valid votes polled were 1,190,786 out of 11,664,112 shares (10.21% turnout), with 1,184,579 in favour and 6,207 against.
