IVP Limited has provided an update regarding fraud committed by an employee of the company. Mr. Ravi Ranjan Jha, the accused in the matter, has filed a Writ Petition against the FIR filed and legal proceedings/actions previously initiated by the Company.

The Company is taking all necessary legal steps to safeguard and protect its interests in this matter.

IVP Limited shall continue to monitor developments and will make further disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when any material development occurs, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws.
