Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited has filed an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the order dated 26th May, 2026, passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). The NCLAT order had directed that the implementation of the EGM resolution dated 29th May, 2026, be kept in abeyance until the outcome of Company Petition No. 64 of 2023.
The appeal is listed for hearing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24th July, 2026. The company commits to providing further disclosure/update when there is a material development in the proceedings.
