Key Details of IEPF Transfer
- Transfer conducted pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016
- All shares with unpaid/unclaimed dividends from financial year 2017-18 or earlier are being transferred to IEPF
- Dividends remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven years or more consecutively
- Shares held in both physical and dematerialized form are liable for transfer
Current Year Requirements
- Shareholders must claim dividends declared for financial year 2018-19 onwards before transfer to IEPF
- Company is individually communicating with shareholders whose shares are liable for transfer during FY 2026-27

- Year-wise details of all un-paid/un-claimed dividends and full shareholder particulars available on company website: http://www.jaicorpindia.com/investor/unpaid_dividend.html
- Includes folio numbers and DP-ID-Client ID details
Duplicate Share Certificate Process
- Company will issue duplicate share certificates in lieu of original certificates for IEPF transfer
- Original share certificates will stand automatically cancelled upon duplicate issuance
Deadline for Shareholder Action
- Shareholders must communicate with company by September 30, 2026
- After this date, company will initiate steps to transfer shares to IEPF as per prescribed rules
Claim Process
- Shares along with any accrued benefits can be claimed back from IEPF following procedure mentioned in the Rules

- Notice published in 'The Free Press Journal' and 'Navshakti' newspapers
