Jain Resource Recycling Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited of a material event pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Nature of the Event: A furnace explosion accident occurred at the company's manufacturing facility on July 14, 2026.
Location of Incident: The accident took place at the company's Unit II, situated at Plot Nos. R1, R2 & R3, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu – 601 201.
Human Impact: The incident resulted in the unfortunate demise of one laborer. Certain other laborers sustained injuries and were immediately shifted to nearby hospitals for medical treatment. The company is extending all necessary support and assistance to the affected persons and their families.
Operational Impact: Operations in the affected section of the factory have been temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure.
Regulatory & Investigation Status: The concerned statutory authorities have been informed of the incident. The company is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation to ascertain the cause of the incident.

- Quantum of Loss/Damage: The company is in the process of evaluating the extent of damage or loss caused due to the fire. Any material development in this regard shall be informed to the stock exchanges in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
- Insurance Coverage: The damage caused due to the fire accident is covered under insurance.
- Impact on Production/Operations: Since the company is in the process of ascertaining the damage, the estimated impact, if any, on production/operations will be intimated in due course.
