The company received an Order dated August 04, 2026, issued by the Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Chennai, pursuant to an appeal filed by the Company under Section 107 of the Factories Act, 1948. This order revokes the previous prohibition order dated July 27, 2026, that was issued under Section 40(2) of the Factories Act, 1948.

The company states that the financial impact, if any, is presently being assessed. Renovation and restoration activities in the affected shed are underway, and the company is undertaking requisite statutory, safety and regulatory compliances for recommencement of manufacturing operations in the said shed.
