The Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petitions Nos.16742‑16743/2026 arising from Jaipur Metro Rail Corp. acquisition dispute.
Justices Datta and Sharma ordered the petitions to be relisted for hearing on 22 May 2026.
The Jaipur District Collector was directed to capture drone photographs of the land slated for acquisition, digitally signed by Rashmi Dhyani Pant.
Both parties must receive the footage and may file separate affidavits by 20 May 2026 to place material on record.
