Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. filed writ petitions (Nos. 12837, 12838, 13024, 13025 of 2026) in the Bombay High Court against the Extra Joint Chief Judicial Subordinate Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik.
