The Board appointed M/s. M. P. Turakhia & Associates (Cost Accountants), Indore as Cost Auditor of the Company for FY 2026-27.
Appointment made pursuant to Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Re-appointment of Managing Director
