This is a regulatory disclosure filed with BSE Limited by Jatalia Global Ventures Limited, a company undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).

The disclosure provides a clarification regarding a change in the company's board of directors, which is a consequence of an order dated 09th July 2026 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench II (NCLT). This order approved the Resolution Plan (Plan) submitted by M/s. Norfolk Technology Services Limited, the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA).

Pursuant to this order, Mr. Mohd Nazim Khan was appointed as the Chairman of a Monitoring Committee. The committee was formally constituted on 16th July 2026. The SRA subsequently discharged its financial obligations to unpaid creditors as per the terms of the Approved Resolution Plan.

Upon this successful discharge of obligations, the first meeting of the Monitoring Committee was convened on 27th August 2026. In accordance with the Approved Resolution Plan, the appointment of three new directors was then effected. The new directors, whose appointments are backdated to the plan approval date of 09th July 2026, are:

  • Ms. Upveen Harpal

The requisite Form DIR-12 for these appointments was filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) on 07th September 2026. BSE Limited was intimated of these changes on 08th September 2026. The company clarifies that this constitutes a timely intimation to the exchange and that there has been no delay.

3. Ms. Upveen Harpal
