Jayco Sales Petition Withdrawn; Court Dismisses

The High Court of Karnataka dismissed Criminal Petition No.1786 of 2020 filed by M/S. Jayco Sales Tex Spin (P) Ltd and its director Ashish Jain against M/S. Ramz Hosiery and partners. The petition sought to quash an order dated 03.04.2019 in C.C.No.51054/2015. Petitioners withdrew the case after it was already disposed on 15 Dec 2021 by the XXXIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru. Consequently, the Court dismissed the petition as withdrawn.
