Subsidiary Credit Rating Update

India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) released a rating action on 4th August 2026 concerning JSW Renewable Energy (Cement) Limited, a step-down subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited.

The rating agency has assigned a rating of "IND A/Stable" for the additional bank loan facilities of JSW Renewable Energy (Cement) Limited.

Ind-Ra has affirmed the existing "IND A/Stable" rating for the current bank loan facilities of the same subsidiary.
