JSW Steel NCLT Order Revises Colour Roof Bidding

JSW Steel subsidiary JSWSCPL's approved resolution plan for Colour Roof (India) Ltd. is impacted by a new NCLT order.
NCLT Mumbai directed the inclusion of new bidders and allowed all resolution applicants to revise their financial plans upwards.
The Committee of Creditors must now reconsider all revised plans and declare a new successful resolution applicant.
